Community Prayers

Overview

Brisbane Catholic Education has developed many prayer resources suitable to be adapted for use with school communities. Community prayers are important on occasions of joyful celebration; grief and loss; natural disaster; farewell.; commemoration; and other community events.

Living Faith

Living Faith is a short prayer resource that unpacks the weekly Gospel, includes opening and closing prayers, prayers of intercession and a song (Sway version only). It is made available as a PDF and as a Sway and APsRE and teachers are encouraged to adjust the resource to classroom by either using the full resource or taking parts of it that is most relevant and useful to their students. Living Faith can be accessed here and is also published on Ways to Pray.
